About the Event

The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Club Business Expo is a significant event that brings together club management professionals who operate country, golf, athletic, city, faculty, military, town, yacht, and other membership-based clubs. The Expo is held in conjunction with the CMAA World Conference, the industry's largest annual gathering focused on the business of running a club, providing opportunities to advance career, expand network, meet certification goals, find new talent, gain new ideas and insights, and secure solutions for clubs' challenges.

The 2024 Club Business Expo will take place at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Convention Center, Las Vegas, NV on March 6-7, 2024. The Expo features industry-leading companies and interactive areas, and in the past, it has attracted nearly 3,000 total attendees.

Attendees can expect to meet a diverse array of club management professionals from around the world, engage with inspiring speakers, sow new connections, and source solutions for their club's challenges.

Previous Expos have been held in different locations, with the 2023 Expo taking place in Orlando, FL.

About CMAA
The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) is the largest professional association for club management professionals, boasting around 7,000 members who contribute to the functioning of more than 2,500 clubs of various kinds, including country, golf, athletic, city, faculty, military, town, and yacht clubs. Founded in 1927, the CMAA aims to promote relationships between club management professionals and similar professions, encourage the education and advancement of members, and provide the necessary resources for efficient and successful club operations.

The CMAA offers a variety of professional development programs, with educational content based on 11 competency areas. These cover all aspects of a club management professional’s responsibilities and are delivered via programs, webinars, and online education. It's Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation is considered the hallmark of professionalism in club management.

As part of their mission to advance the profession, the CMAA partners with leading club industry organizations to offer members the most up-to-date resources available. They also organize annual events such as the Club Leadership Summits and the Club Wellness Summit.

The organization also provides resources and guidance in areas such as nutrition and hydration for club members, as well as cooperative education and engagement on best practices and trends in club management. The association has state chapters such as the California chapter of CMAA, which helps its members earn a CCM, expand their club industry skills and knowledge, and build lifelong relationships with other professionals.
