About the Event
The Sports Field Management Association (SFMA) Conference and Exhibition is an annual event where professionals from the sports turf industry gather to share insights, attend educational seminars, and network. Historically, the conference has visited diverse locations, allowing attendees to tour various professional, college, and municipal sports facilities. As part of the conference, the SFMA Student Challenge takes place, in which students from 2-year and 4-year colleges across the country compete in an exam that tests their knowledge in the sports field industry. The winning teams receive a cash award, a plaque, and medallions for each team member.
The 2024 SFMA Conference and Exhibition will be held in Daytona Beach from January 22 to January 25. Along with the conference, there's also an exhibition where the latest technology in the industry is displayed, providing a unique opportunity for attendees to develop partnerships and business relations.
