CapillaryFlow strengthens global team with four strategic appointments
April 15, 2026

Wellington, FL — April 2026

CapillaryFlow, a global leader in golf course and sports field drainage, moisture control, and irrigation solutions, is pleased to announce four new appointments that reflect the company's continued growth and its commitment to excellence across sales, installations, field technology, finance, and the expanding equestrian segment.

Kate Ginise — Equestrian Business Manager, Wellington, FL

Kate Ginise joins CapillaryFlow as Equestrian Business Manager, leading business operations, relationships, and installations for the company's equestrian segment — a fitting role at the intersection of competitive horsemanship and advanced arena and footing technology.

Ginise brings an exceptional combination of equestrian expertise and business acumen. Raised on a small farm in Ohio and having ridden horses all of her life, she developed an early connection to horses that were an integral part of daily life. In fourth grade, she became involved in her mother's equine-assisted therapy nonprofit, spending years volunteering in lessons — an experience that helped shape her enduring passion for fostering meaningful connections between horses and people.

She has since earned her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals on self-trained horses and has competed extensively at Regional Championships. In 2024, she achieved Reserve Champion honors at the U.S. National Championships. Wellington, Florida is widely regarded as the winter equestrian capital of the world, and Ginise spent multiple competitive seasons there before relocating full-time to pursue the sport at an elite level.

Complementing her competitive career, Ginise brings a strong academic foundation. She graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion, Nutrition, and Exercise Science, along with minors in Bioethics and Global Public Health. Her scientific background informs her approach to equestrian performance, arena design, and overall horse-and-rider well-being.

In her professional role, Ginise specializes in bridging the gap between technical innovation and real-world application. She works closely with clients, riders, and industry professionals to deliver tailored arena solutions designed to enhance performance, consistency, and longevity. Through her work, she remains committed to advancing the future of equestrian sport through smarter, more sustainable infrastructure and meaningful industry partnerships.

"My role at CapillaryFlow operates at the intersection of sport and science. As a rider, I understand the performance demands and feel of an arena; through my scientific background, I bring a deeper understanding of the underlying mechanics that drive those outcomes. As a horse owner and professional equestrian, nothing is more important than the health of our equine partners. I'm excited to bring CapillaryFlow's smart, sustainable solutions into the equestrian industry."

Richard Poskitt — Sales & Installation Manager, EMEAA, Gothenburg, Sweden

Richard Poskitt joins CapillaryFlow as Sales & Installation Manager for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, bringing with him over two decades of hands-on experience across turf management, international sales, and golf course operations.

Poskitt began his career as a greenkeeper in Sweden, working at Kungsängen and Djursholm Golf Club before relocating to Kenya with his family, where he spent five years as a superintendent across two clubs. That early experience managing turf in demanding conditions laid the foundation for a career in which he has consistently operated at the intersection of agronomy and commercial performance.

He went on to spend twelve years with Indigrow, first as National Sales Manager for the UK and subsequently as European Sales Manager based in Sweden — a role that took him across the continent selling fertiliser and turf solutions to golf courses and sports grounds. His degree in sports turf management and background as a scratch golfer give him a rare ability to understand customer challenges from the inside out.

Outside his professional career, Poskitt is a published author. His book Turf Travels is a frank and entertaining account of a year spent travelling weekly across Europe as a sales manager — from Iceland to Bulgaria — and offers an honest look at life on the road in the turf industry. His second book, Follow the Man on the Donkey, chronicles a year-long overland journey with two young families across 24 countries and three continents, a testament to the same spirit of adventure and resilience that has defined his career.

"I've spent my career working with sports grounds and golf courses across Europe, Africa, and beyond, and I've seen firsthand how the right product can transform a facility," said Poskitt. "CapillaryFlow's approach to sustainable, durable turf management is genuinely different, and I'm looking forward to introducing it to new markets across EMEAA."

Sam Wolfe — Sales & Installation Manager, Phoenix, AZ

Sam Wolfe joins CapillaryFlow as Sales & Installation Manager, bringing extensive experience across all phases of golf course construction — from site preparation, drainage, and earthwork through to irrigation, shaping, and final grow-in. Prior to joining CapillaryFlow he held a progression of roles at Pro Turf International, including Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Director of Business Development, building a rare combination of field-level technical depth and commercial leadership. His ability to work alongside superintendents, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality playing surfaces on time and on budget makes him a strong addition to CapillaryFlow's growing installations team.

"I've spent my career building and renovating courses and I know what it takes to get a project right from the ground up," said Wolfe. "CapillaryFlow's products speak directly to the challenges I've seen on job sites — drainage, durability, long-term performance. I'm excited to bring that perspective to clients and help them get the most out of every installation.

Rodney Crow, CGCS — Field Technology & Quality Manager

Rodney Crow joins CapillaryFlow as Field Technology & Quality Manager, bringing over 25 years of experience spanning golf course superintendency, operations leadership, and technical sales. A Certified Golf Course Superintendent and graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Agronomy, Crow has built his career on delivering exceptional course conditions and executing complex renovation and irrigation projects across the United States.

His background moves fluidly between the agronomic and commercial sides of the industry. He has served as Golf Course Superintendent at multiple clubs across Texas and South Carolina, as Director of Golf Course Operations at Mount Vintage Golf Club, and as Operations Manager at Gameday Sports Turf Management, before transitioning into technical sales as Territory Manager for The Harrington Corporation — where he spent over five years building distributor and client relationships across the Southeast. He is also an active contributor to the profession through board service with the South Texas Golf Course Superintendent's Association and long-standing involvement with the GCSAA.

"I've spent my career on both sides of the fence — managing courses and selling the products that make them perform," said Crow. "That perspective matters when you're talking to a superintendent about a major installation. I understand what they're weighing up, and I believe in what CapillaryFlow's technology can do for them. I'm looking forward to putting that experience to work in this new role."

"Each of these appointments reflects something important about where CapillaryFlow is headed," said Martin Sternberg, Founder, CEO, and CGCS. "We are growing our reach across new geographies and new segments, and we are doing it by bringing in people who don't just understand the industry technically — they live and breathe it. Kate's competitive equestrian background, Richard's decades across turf management and international sales, Sam's end-to-end construction expertise, and Rodney's deep agronomic and field technology experience are exactly the kind of alignment we look for. We are proud to welcome them all to the team."
